Pristine Evergreen Cleaning — Policies
We keep things simple, respectful, and transparent. Booking with us means you agree to the policies below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Last-minute cancellations (under 48 hours) incur a fee of 50% of the service price.
Payments & Fees
- Payment is due within 48 hours of service completion.
- Accepted methods: Zelle, Venmo(must include an amount to cover any platform fees), or invoice.
- Late payments incur a $25 late fee.
Home Access
- Client must provide reliable access to the home at the scheduled time (door code, key, someone present, or lockbox).
- If we cannot access the property, the visit is considered a missed appointment and a $100 lockout fee will apply.
Satisfaction & Free Touch-Ups
- If we missed a spot, let us know within 24 hours of your appointment and we’ll return for a free touch-up of that area.
- Touch-ups are limited to the originally scheduled scope and rooms.
Health & Safety
- Illness: If anyone in the home is sick (fever, flu, COVID-like symptoms), please reschedule. We’re happy to accommodate.
- Pets: Please secure pets for everyone’s safety. We love animals, but we don’t handle pet waste.
- Hazards: We do not clean areas with mold growth, infestations (fleas/roaches/bed bugs), biohazards, needles/sharps, or human/animal waste.
- Heights & Safety Limits: We avoid climbing higher than a 2-step ladder and do not move large appliances or heavy furniture.
- Products: We bring professional supplies. If you prefer your own products, please leave them out and labeled. For safety, we do not mix chemicals or use bleach on delicate surfaces.
- Valuables: Kindly store jewelry, cash, important documents, and fragile items before we arrive.
Damages & Claims
- If something is damaged, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service so we can review and make it right.
- Please keep the item and take clear photos when you notify us.
The Fine Print
- Quotes are based on the information provided and the expected condition of the home; pricing may be adjusted on-site if scope changes.
- “Ready-to-clean” spaces help us stay on time: please pick up clothing, toys, dishes, and clutter where possible.
- By booking, you authorize Pristine Evergreen Cleaning to charge applicable cancellation, lockout, or late fees per the policies above.
